Completion of GSoC'22 Contribution of 'Talha Ahmed'

Our Research Intern Talha Ahmed has successfully completed the Google Summer of Code (GSoC) 2022 on project "OpenRegFile" . Many Congratulations to him from the entire team of MERL upon his such tremendous achievement. He definitely has the potential to achieve everything he desires.
