AMIR BASHIR

Analog Mixed Signal (AMS) interface IP design and low power design

Amir Bashir received his B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Iowa State University, Ames, IA and MSEE degree from Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN. Amir joined Intel corporation in 1991, Currently he is Chief Engineer system integration for a Data Center NAND SSD product in Intel NVM Solutions Group. Before NVM group, he has held roles in Intel custom foundry, Intel Nirvana AI training ASIC design, Integrated graphics chipset design and NVM Flash design. His area of interests includes Analog Mixed Signal (AMS) interface IP design and low power design. Amir holds 5 patents.


ASAD KHAN

Core Architecutre Perfromance

Asad is a graduate of UET Lahore and holds MS and PhD degrees in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University. His focus is on Performance, Power and Architecture Analysis of Advanced Computer Architectures and benchmarking of IA architecture for networking workloads. He is also involved in developing innovative modeling techniques using machine learning and regression analysis for Power and Performance modeling of modern processor.


AMEEN ASHRAF

SoC Architect - Design Verification

Ameen Ashraf is a technologist with years of leadership in ASIC design/verification and a passion to spread ASIC verification skills in the world to help up-skill people. He currently works as a senior technical lead in Facebook’s Agile Silicon Team. He started his career as a member of silicon design team in Transmeta working with industry luminaries like Linus Torvalds and David Ditzel. After a short stint at MetaRAM, he joined Apple. During his 10-year tenure he worked on every single SOC shipped in Apple products signing off on several for mass production as the verification lead, building/mentoring A-class teams along the way. He did his MSEE from Stanford University and before that BSEE from GIK Institute in Pakistan, graduating with two gold medals for academic performance. Prior to that he graduated from high school from Karachi Board of Higher Secondary education with the highest score in the 50 year old history of the board.


DR. ALI SHUJA SIDDIQUI

Hardware Security

Dr Ali Shuja has done the PhD from the university of North Carolina. He successfully published a PhD thesis on "Design of secure boot for reconfigurable architecture". Currently, he is working at CISCO, USA as a software engineer in the compiler and debugging tools team.
